1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Wayfio (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What Wayfio Is
Wayfio is an AI-powered travel platform available on iOS, Android, and web. Core features include:
- AI Trip Planner: Generate day-by-day itineraries using AI based on your preferences, budget, and travel style.
- Live Map: See real-time traveler locations, active trips, and nearby events on a global map.
- Group Chat & Collaboration: Plan trips together with friends via group chats, voting, and shared itineraries.
- Community Feed: Share travel stories, photos, and posts with the Wayfio community.
- Explore: Discover AI-curated destinations, hidden gems, and alternative experiences.
3. Subscription Tiers & Limits
Wayfio offers three tiers. Feature limits reset monthly.

Free-tier users may earn additional AI plan credits by watching rewarded ads (up to 3 credits/day).
4. Billing & Subscriptions
- Mobile: Subscriptions are processed via Apple App Store or Google Play Store and managed through RevenueCat. Billing terms are governed by the respective store's policies.
- Web: Subscriptions are processed by Stripe and billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
- Cancellation: Cancel anytime via the mobile app (Settings → Subscription Management) or web dashboard (Manage Subscription). Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds: Mobile refunds are handled by Apple/Google per their policies. Web refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase by contacting [email protected].
5. AI-Generated Content
Wayfio's AI Trip Planner generates itineraries based on your inputs. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of opening hours, prices, availability, or safety conditions of suggested places. Always verify critical travel information independently.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use Wayfio for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users in chats or community features.
- Spam regional or global chat channels.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the AI systems.
- Create fake accounts or impersonate other users.
- Share content that is hateful, sexually explicit, or violates third-party rights.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of content you post (stories, photos, posts). By posting, you grant Wayfio a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content within the Service. You may delete your content at any time.
8. Privacy & Location
Location sharing for the Live Map is strictly opt-in. You can disable it at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
9. Termination
Wayfio reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated itineraries will meet your specific requirements.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Wayfio after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via in-app notification.
